Developing bike skills for children of all ages and abilities.
We are fortunate to have obtained support for running British Cycling's Go-Ride programme. We run a Cycling Club on most Saturday mornings (starting at 9:30am) throughout the year, developing the childrens bike handling skills and preparing them to ride confidently and safely on or off road.
All children between the ages of 5 and 16 who are able to ride a bicycle without stabilisers are very welcome to attend. For children new to Cycling Club the first session is free and subsequent sessions are £2 per child. You will need to complete the parental consent form below and bring it along with you to the session.

Qualified, Experienced Coaches
Ensuring a safe, well-managed environment for children
All our coaching activities are provided by qualified, experienced coaches who have attained the necessary British Cycling approved standards of good practice and child protection training. Settle Wheelers Go-Ride Club has also attained Sport England’s Clubmark accreditation, which recognises that the club observes best practice in child protection, coaching and competition, equity and club management. For parents or young cyclists, it provides confidence to know that their local Go-Ride Club is safe, well-managed and an exciting place to be.
Events for Juniors
Great opportunities for kids to challenge themselves and have fun.
Run Bike Fun organise a series of triathlons and duathlons based at Giggleswick Junior School Pavillion for children of all ages. There are no times recorded as the emphasis is on fun rather than performance and smiles at the finish line are mandatory! Various distances are offered to cater for different age groups and to ensure that everyone can complete the course.
